2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Failure to provide access to the vehicle or the agreed location at the scheduled time (no-show by the customer).

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing damage or defects in the vehicle that were not disclosed prior to service.

Services rendered for vehicles in conditions that require additional charges due to excessive dirt, stains, or other factors, unless agreed upon in advance.
