1. General Information

  • Services Provided: Mobile vehicle valeting services, including cleaning and detailing at customer-specified locations within Yarm and outside of Yarm with a radius of 10 miles, anything outside of this radius may include additional charges.
     

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

  • Customers can book services via our online booking system, phone, or email.

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or text once your booking is accepted.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal or cash.

  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

2.3 Deposits

  • A deposit of up to 50% may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
     

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 80% of the booking cost.

3.2 Company Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or staff unavailability. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled date or full refund.

3.3 No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location, a no-show fee of £50 will apply.
     

4. Service Terms

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and provide any necessary utilities, such as water or electricity, if required.

  • Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. JJ’s Prestige Valeting is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

4.2 Service Limitations

  • We may decline to perform services if conditions are unsafe, such as hazardous weather or inaccessible locations.

  • Services are subject to the condition of the vehicle; additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair or any other reason we deem profesionally sound.
     

5. Pricing and Refund Policy

5.1 Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website and may vary based on the type of service and location. Any service that doesn't show a visable price may need quoting for over the phone or in person.

  • Prices are subject to change. Customers will be informed of any changes before booking confirmation.

5.2 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the event of service cancellation by JJ’s Prestige Valeting.

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will review the complaint and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
     

6. Liability and Disclaimer
 

6.1 Liability for Damages

  • JJ’s Prestige Valeting will take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.

  • Any damage caused during the service must be reported immediately. Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered.

6.2 Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • We aim to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results due to variations in vehicle condition and other factors.

6.3 Limitations of Liability

  • JJ’s Prestige Valeting’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
     

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Amendments

  • JJ’s Prestige Valeting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via our website or email.
